Be a Cook for Canada’s Best Yoga Retreat Centre
We have a full-time position available for an experienced and creative whole-foods-oriented professional. Each day, our cooks feed 40-100 people three nutritious, organic, mostly vegetarian, buffet-style meals. The Cook position is open from June 15- Sept 15, with an option of extending to a longer-term position.
We are looking for a superior vegetarian cook with an in-depth knowledge of nutrition and menu planning for buffet style meals, a person who values community life in rural BC.
As Cook, your role will help prepare and serve beautiful, nutritious buffet-style meals. We serve a mainly plant-based diet of whole foods, including grains, vegetables and fruit with occasional use of dairy, fish and chicken. The three-fold goal is to create meals that are:
