Come on Saturday morning to one of our 6 URBAN RETREATS this Fall. Give yourself time to discover the power of practice and reflection and go deeper with the YASODHARA teachings. From 11:30 – 1:00 the fee is $20.00/class or $100.00 for all 6 classes:

*October 8: Kundalini Yoga
*October 15: Dream Yoga
*October 29: Meditation Practices
*November 12: Divine Light Invocation
*November 19: Hidden Language of Hatha Yoga
*December 3: Sacred Dance

Have a taste of the teachings. There are 2 series of MINI WORKSHOPS on Thursday evenings from 7:45-9:00. The fee is $13.50 or $55.00 for 5 classes.

*The first series is DREAM YOGA on September 22 & 29 and October 6, 13 & 20
*The second series is RELAXATION on November 3, 10, 17 & 24 and December 1

Please join us for an evening of music, contemporary dance and visual art and help us to raise funds for

The Children’s International Peace Project.  This initiative is a one woman powered, grass roots aid organization which uses the healing arts, agricultural and environmental education to help empower communities which have suffered displacement due to environmental changes.   Linda Weech regularly travels to areas of the world where people have experienced extreme drought, hunger, disease, poverty, violence and displacement. Linda’s most recent journey to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Burundi and Kenya also included the co-creation of Peace Gardens (organic nutritional and medicinal gardens) with Pygmies, Masai, orphans and other vulnerable communities. Reaching out through orphanages, schools, rescue centers, refugee camps, and villages it provide opportunities for healing trauma, building resilience/capacity and encouraging universal participation in contributing to a better world and the realization of the oneness of humanity and nature.  This event is a fundraiser to help Linda Weech continue her projects with these suffering communities.
