Learn this rewarding yogic practice and find the “one who knows” inside yourself. Beginning or continuing your dream yoga practice brings deeper and deeper insights as you continue to evolve on your own individual path of liberation.
October 30 – Study the Gita: Bring Balance into Your Life
An introductory study of the Bhagavad Gita with a focus on application to your daily life. An ancient, sacred scripture that lives on today, the Gita addresses issues such as balancing outer and inner work, making emotional and devotional choices and bringing quality to relationships with family, community, and your Highest Self.
November 13 – Sacred Dance
This is a truly well-rounded practice which involves learning a dance imbued with prayer. Get in touch with your inner Feminine self, with all of Her aspects. Enjoy using your body and sense of drama to act out your finest feelings. Feel the Divine in all of your cells.
*Optional Lunch – Each retreat will be followed by an optional nourishing, vegan lunch. We eat our lunch community-style at a round table and the meal will be determined by the chefs, based on their inspiration for that day. If you’d like to take your lunch to go, that is also an option.
