“Discovering yoga was like coming home for me. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and completed the Yoga Development Course and Hatha Teacher Training at Yasodhara Ashram in the spring of 2009. As a teacher, I aim to create a safe and inspiring space for students to go inwards, explore, and discover their own inner wisdom and strength. I find inspiration in the natural world…when I’m not on my mat, you can usually find me in my veggie patch, paddling a canoe, or hiking in the woods with my dog.”
Suzanna Lonsdale

ent Course and the teacher training at Yasodhara Ashram, so now I can share with others the teachings that I find so inspiring. Hatha Yoga gives me the opportunity to connect through my body with everything I have learned, and teaching Hatha Yoga gives me the opportunity to explore beyond my own self.”
